Yes, it is Beauty Box 5 Review time! Yay! I'm actually super thrilled to show you guys what I got.
Beauty Box 5 is only $12 a month and they send everything from makeup to skincare to tools to hair products.
Let's get started!
This is what their boxes look like. They are tiffany blue and actually a bit smaller then I expected.
This is the information card. (Which I love because they included the sizes of the full sizes on them, so I don't have to look it up!)
The first item that I got is Just Being Sexy Body Bronzer. These are 8 ML each and go for about $4 for both of them. I already am pretty tan from being outside quite a bit this summer, but maybe I'll use it towards the end of summer just to keep that nice glow? I love that they included two packets so you could try it twice!
Then I got the Coolway Shampoo and Conditioner. They are both 1 oz and go for $5 for both. I love that they are actual tubes instead of the normal foil packets that shampoos and conditioners tend to come in. These don't really have much of a smell, which is totally fine with me. These are supposed to help reduce frizz and breakage both of which I could totally use!
Then I got a The Brush Hanger which goes for $4.69. I'm not sure that I'll actually use this, but we'll see. I do wash my brushes weekly, but I like just laying them on a towel to dry. Besides with this I could only wash one brush at a time and I just don't have the time for that.
The last thing that I got is a Shea Terra Organics Rose Hips Black Soap Facial. This is a 1 oz bottle and goes for $4.50. I've always wanted to try a Shea Terra product, so I was thrilled to get this. This product, while not super pricey, was totally worth getting the box to me!
All totaled my June Beauty Box 5 has a value of $17.19. That's great considering I only paid $12 for the box. I actually really enjoyed the products too! It had a nice mix of useful (shampoo and conditioner), fun (the bronzer), quirky (the brush hanger), and something I've been dying to try (shea terra). I think I'll skip Beauty Army next month so I can give BB5 another shot. The sizes are great for only $12 and I thought the box was alot of fun. Totally one of my favorite boxes this month!

Ophelia's Apothecary Box Review June 2013!
It comes in just a plain white box. It was quite a bit smaller then I was expecting (a little bigger then a Square Hue box), but it was packed!
This is what it looked like when I opened the box. Isn't the tissue paper pretty?
This is the information card. It shows you the either or items and the prices of each item.
The first item I got is Buggers,be-gone bug repellant. This is a 2 ounce bottle and goes for $9. I can always use some bug spray! Especially around the 4th of July when we go to see the fireworks, so this came just in time! I was thrilled to see a different summer essential besides faux tanning products or sunscreen. It did end up making the whole box smell like bug spray, this does smell like any other bug spray, but it wasn't leeking or anything. It just has a strong smell.
Then I got a Micro Fiber Bath Mitt which goes for $3. This is so soft! I absolutely adore it and I think it was a cute addition!
Then I got a little sample of the Wild Honeysuckle Shea Butter Soap. I'm not putting a value on this since it isn't yet available in her shop. I love how this looks! It looks super natural, which I really like. Plus it smells amazing, like walking into a field of flowers. Love this and would totally buy the full size!
Then I got a Summer '13 Perfume Oil. Which is like a roll on perfume. This is valued at $8. I love perfume rollers! They are so easy to just stick in my purse. Plus this one smells exactly like a summer night, that is the only way I can describe it.
Then there is the Lovely Earrings from Fonte Noir Jewelry (www.facebook.com/FonteNoirJewelry). These are valued at $30!! I think these are really pretty. I love the design on them. They are very delicate and they make me want to wear a lace dress and go for a walk in the woods. (:
Then I got an extra. A little bubble ring! I actually love this because my little boy loves bubbles and this is such an easy thing to throw in my bag for some outdoor fun!
That is my box! I really love the summer theme of the box. It got me really excited for barbeques, going to the park, and the 4th of July. I really enjoyed this box and it was a nice treat to get in the mail. I'm so super excited for next month.
Here is the link to her store: http://oaandp.com/. If you mention me Tori Johnson when you sign up, that would be great, but you don't have to! (:

New Obsession: Eyebrow gel!
So today I am taking a break from all the sub box postings, and I'll be posting about my newest addiction: Eyebrow gel.
I got a sample of a Anastasia eyebrow gel in my May ipsy bag and I actually just bought the full size of it. I used to scoff and say why would I waste time doing my eyebrows, but wow. When I use that stuff my whole face looks better and more polished!
I'd totally recommend trying it. (:

Petit Vour June 2013 Review!
Petit Vour is a subscription service that sends out cruelty free beauty products. For only $15 a month. *Sorry if I sound like a robot, you'll see why soon* That is what the outside of their box looks like.
The side of the box. Aren't the bunnies cute?
The information card. I was surprised to notice all the paper they put into their box. The information card, the tissue, the black squiggly paper. It's just you'd think a cruelty free sub would also be eco friendly no?
My first item. A $15 gift certificate to Mineral Hygenics. And yes you get to pay shipping! (I'll admit I already used this, but only because I wanted to feel like I got something out of the box. I'll post a picture of the eyeshadow that I got.) I hate receiving things like this in boxes. I mean if I don't have to add any more money that's one thing. Or if I also received a sample to go along with the gift card then that's fine, but a gift card alone that counts as one of my items doesn't make me happy. And I'm easy to make happy. I would have appreciated a little plastic baggy with a tiny bit of eyeshadow in it. (Value is at $13 or cost of my eyeshadow, I'm adding shipping costs to the cost of my Petit Vour box)
UPDATE: I got the Mineral Hygenics eyeshadow in Midnight. It is such a pretty, sparkly navy blue. I love it! It lasted all day (about 8 hours) and it was just so pretty and easy to work with. No fallout or anything. I would totally recommend them and I'm going to be buying a few other things from them. (:
Baudelaire Acoreele Perfume in Terre De Cedre or Land of Cedar. This is a perfume sample and is valued at $1.60. I actually do like how this smells. Very light and natural. I usually like getting perfume samples, but if a perfume sample is the only thing I'm excited about in a box that's sad. I'm totally going to be looking into this company though, since I'm impressed with this so far!
Then the big fail of the box: Skingenx Anti-Wrinkle Complex, Eye Complex, and Xfoliator. The eye complex (which is the only thing I kept, because my under eyes can always use some love) is valued at $8. I know I can get a few uses out of it, and I'm happy to try it, but the other wrinkle stuff is like really? I'm not going to use a emotions line remover when I'm only 18. Petit Vour's response? Well we are in our 20's and it worked for us, it's preventative. I'm sorry. I don't think a complex is something meant for preventative care, but hey what do I know? All I know is I'm not going to be using it. *I traded with my mom for a Juice Beauty Lipgloss, which in my opinion is way better.*
The last thing is a food item. A Barre bar in Pirouette Cinnamon Pecan. This is valued at $2.50. This was amazing! It definatly had a healthy taste to it, but it was also really good. Kinda like a granola bar and a cookie had a baby. I loved it and I'm totally thinking about ordering a case from the website!
The total usable value of my box is $25.10. I paid $20.25 (including the shipping for Mineral Hygenics, since if I had gotten a normal sample I probably wouldn't have bought anything right away.) Yes I got more then I paid for, but last month's box was great and this one sucked. It wasn't worth the $15 I paid. I truely feel that way. I cancelled immediatly. Sub wise, I'm not that hard to please. Give me something fun and I'll like it, but I didn't feel the fun here. There are so many other great eco friendly brands that this sub could have used and instead they gave me pretty much crap. There are other subs I'd rather try.
No I wouldn't recommend Petit Vour. I wish I could, but I can't.
Bonjour Jolie Box Unboxing + Review June 2013!!
I have another TOM box review and this one is called Bonjour Jolie! To be completely honest when I first heard of this box, I thought it was some sort of fancy French beauty products box. I do still think that this box is pretty fancy though!
This is pretty much like My Cotton Bunny, it gives a snack, a beauty product, and some fun personal care products, along with your choice of pads, tampons, or pantyliners (up to 30).
I kinda went overboard on taking pictures of all the pretty packaging. It felt like a present!
This is the box. It's pretty basic and plain.
Then there is the tissue with a sticker. The sticker looks like it has a flower on it, but it really looks like a lady too! How cool?!
First look. I'm sorry I didn't take a close up of the card, but it was a pretty basic info card. It gave the theme, Summer of Color, and was divided into 3 sections: The Edibles, The Gift, and The Pampering. As you can tell, this box was packed. Plus how cute are the little rose petals that were sprinkled on it?
This is a close up of the petals and how things were wrapped/ packaged. I thought it was all adorable!
The first thing I got is my pads and pantyliners. I'm guesstimating like $4ish dollars? I like that these were wrapped really well, so if you opened them in front of someone it wouldn't be awkward because they wouldn't know. (Which considering I share a house with my fiance and his best friend, that's always a plus!)
Then I got 3 of the Summer's Eve Cleansing Cloths. Two are in Simply Sensitive and the other one is in Sheer Floral. These are always useful and I've wanted to try them, especially since I work out alot and in summer after the pool and stuff. I'm so putting these in my gym bag.
Then there is a small packet of the Kiehl's Superbly Restorative Body Lotion. I've never tried anything from Kiehl's before, but I hear they're the best. Super excited to use this, especially since I always need lotion!
Then there are 2 packets of Advil. These are optional, you have to check them if you want them, but I love Advil. It is the only thing that gets rid of my cramps, so I was so excited to see them include this instead of Midol.
Then there is the Rusk Deepshine Shampoo and Conditioner Set. I can always use help with dry damaged hair and this says it helps with that. I'm always up for trying out new shampoos and conditioners so this will definatly be put to use!
The last pampering product is a Moroccan Rose Soap Petals. I love stuff like this! They smell floraly and a bit rosey. I'm going to be using these tomorrow as apart of my Sunday Spa Day! Can't wait! (:
I'm estimating all the little packets to be at least $3.
The gift is a Pop Beauty Stain Stay in Brick Beauty. This is full size and goes for $16! I love the marker lip stains and this one is an orangey color that will be great for summer. Plus I've never tried this brand before. This is totally my favorite item in the box.
Now for the Edibles!
The first edible that I got is 5 bags of Touch Organics Teas. $1. The tea I got is white, mango, very berry, jasmine, and Oolong. I drink tea when I have a cold, so I'll save these for then. The flavors do smell good though.
The last thing I got is 2 Chicks with Chocolate 4 Piece Truffle Set and it is valued at $7.95. Aren't these pretty? The flavors are min, hazelnut, milk chocolate truffle, and cappuccino. I've only tasted the mint one so far and oh my gosh it was amazing! I love this stuff and I totally want more. Sadly this is a Bonjour Jolie exclusive and I couldn't find the mint of their website.
All totaled my box is worth about $30.95. That's great since I only paid $21 for the box. I love that they packed it full, even if alot of the stuff was foil packets. The chocolate, and the lip stain totally make the box worth it. I totally found it pampering and really nice. This box is a win. Between the pretty packaging and the awesome items, I just love everything about it. Also the shipping was fast and the CS was nice and helpful. I'm so excited to see what's in next month's box!
*Be on the lookout for who wins the June version of battle of the TOM boxes*
**Sorry the foil packet pics don't really come out too well!**

June Popsugar box Review 2013!!
I finally got my first Popsugar box in over the weekend and I was so excited to see what's in it.
If you don't know what Popsugar is, it's a lifestyle subscription box that sends you the Must Have products of the month! Popsugar is the most expensive box that I'm subbed to since it is $35 a month, but I think it is worth it.
This is what the outside of their boxes look like.
This is what the inside looks like. Cute right?
This is their card. Its more like a little booklet. It tells you what the item is and why they picked it! (:
Now onto the products!
Must Have Fashion: Gorjana and Griffin Zuma Scarf. This is valued at $62! They also included a $25 off gift card, but I'm not including that in the value of the box since I'm not going to be using the code (shipping is like $9, plus I'm just not in love with anything). Now the scarf I will be wearing. I absolutely love it and it will go with my clothes perfectly! However I can't believe that this cost $62, I'd never pay that much for it, since the quality doesn't seem like its worth that. (Hence why I'm not using the discount to buy another pretty scarf.)
Must Have Beauty: Juice Beauty Stem Cell Repair Moisturizer. This is full size and goes for $62. They also gave two samples of the Juice Beauty CC Cream (one in each color so you could find your. perfect color). The samples are valued at about $7. I've tried the CC Cream before from a Birchbox and I loved it! So I'm thrilled to have more. I'm also super excited to try the moisturizer, since I can always use moisturizer. Juice Beauty is one of my favorite brand because of how all natural their products are. Plus they smell good and tend to work well on my dry skin, so this is just a total win in my book!
Must Have Fitness: Hard Candy Fitness DVD Addicted to Sweat 4. This goes for $19.99. After gaining a bunch of weight while pregnant I can use anything that will help me loose it, and I'm sure this will be a good place to start! Especially since this is based on a workout that Madonna does! Can't wait to try it (:
Must Have Entertainment: Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns by Lauren Weisbeger. This goes for $25.99. I'll admit I never read the first book, or saw the movie, and this book wasn't particularily on my to read list, but I'll read it in the car when I move, since it seems like a one of those books that is good to just kick back with for a few hours and enjoy.
Must Have Food: Project 7 Quench the Thirsty Wintergreen Mints. These go for $1.39 at Walmart. I'll admit I love the packaging of these and I've always wanted to try them so I'm thrilled to get them in my box! I guess that Project 7 helps different causes from their different products and this one helps people get water, which is totally cool! Plus I can always use mints since I keep some with me at all times.
The last item is a special extra and it is the Popcorn, Indiana Fit Popcorn in Sea Salt. One bag is about $2.50. I'm so happy my local Walgreen's carries them, because this is probably my favorite thing ever! This tastes so good and it is only 260 calories for the whole bag, so I can totally indulge in these and not freak out about it! I totally am going to be buying the Parmesan and Herb kind! (:
All totaled my box is valued at $178.37. That's great since I only paid $30 (I have a $5 off coupon)! I also love and will use everything in my box. Actually the only thing I'm not thrilled about is the book, and I will be reading it. I was actually scared I wouldn't like it, because it wasn't 100% makeup, but I actually love it and I can't wait until July. Popsugar might actually be my new favorite box!
What do you guys think of Popsugar? Do you sub? Did you like this month? Would you sub?
